First, verify your payment was successful and the amount was debited from your account. Then, be sure to check all your email folders, including junk, spam, and any others you might have.
If you miss the date or time printed on your tickets, they will be voided and cannot be replaced. However, you can change your tickets to a new date and time up to 24 hours before the original date. To do this, please contact museumtickets.nl by phone.
You may receive a refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled visit. While we cover most refund processing costs, a €4.50 fee per ticket will be deducted from your refund amount.
