Museum Nagele puts architecture at the center of its permanent exhibition. This exhibition examines the history of Nagele and its unique place in the architectural history of the Netherlands. The architects of the New Building, united in collectives such as De Acht and De Opbouw, have left their mark on Nagele.
Museum Nagele contains a wealth of information, as well as, if you wish, an image of reality through a walk through the village itself. In addition, the museum organizes a new temporary exhibition 4 times a year in which architecture and visual arts play an important role. Individual artists, but also artist collectives, like to take advantage of the opportunity to exhibit in or outside the museum. Sometimes a temporary exhibition in the museum leads to an invitation to exhibit abroad.
