CONSTRUCTION MUSEUM SLUIKIL
The interior was finished in the winter of 2020-2021 and the fire truck was driven in on April 23, 2021. On June 17, he was joined by the Commer, the second ambulance of the former St. Elisabeth Hospital. This Commer was completely refurbished by Ron Doppegieter and brought back to its original state. Complete with the original stretcher.
In the months that followed, the hall was further decorated. For example, space was made available for stuff from the former coke factory, but a place was also found for all kinds of materials from the former hospital. In addition, a large screen was hung in a niche with the option of showing films or photos of the coke factory and/or the hospital.
