Unusual museum for all ages, with items focusing on the last century of the local area’s history.
The Museum of the 20th Century has a spacious Museum Shop on the Oostereiland, a space for the Educational Service where, among other things, school classes can be received, a Depot closed to the public and an Open Depot where the public can see for themselves what is collected and managed. There are four rooms where temporary exhibitions are shown and six rooms where the permanent collection can be seen.
