Yes but it can only be used once. You are not allowed to resell it

  • Are the 2-3 day packages for consecutive days?

No, you can use it whenever you want.

  • What if I lose my ticket?

In case you lost your ticket or forgot to print it, you can find the ticket in your museumtickets.nl secure account, allowing you to reprint it whenever you want.

  • Do you charge me straight away?

Yes, all tickets are charged right away.

  • When will I receive a confirmation?

It depends on the processing of the credit card. Once it is approved you will receive your confirmation within a few minutes.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

Tickets are always refundable, although we will retain 30% of the total value for the administrative costs.

  • May I book on behalf of someone else?

Yes.

  • What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation?

  • What happens to the personal information that I submit during the ticket purchasing process?

  • Can I change my booking from 1 day package to 2-3 day package?

While shopping on the website you can change your packages as often as you wish. After you pay and your booking is processed, you cannot change your package.
